Medication Technician I / II

Medication Technician I: High School Diploma or equivalent. College level course work in chemistry to medical related disciplines preferred. Must begin the process of obtaning a pharmacy technician license from the state of Alaska within 3 months of hire. Must be able to sucessfully pass the state of Alaska background for licensing requirement. Ability to make accurate measurements and conversions from the English metric measurement system. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of healthcare professionals, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for prolong periods of time, needs to be familiar with he use of computers.
