About the Role
Must have good customer service skills and be a team player. Must display good telephone etiquette in order to deal appropriately with the public and insurance companies. Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute on a computer. Must be able to sort alphabetically and numerically. Must have the ability to prioritize and carry out daily duties in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision. Must be willing to be a team player.
